Tiffany is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and founder of Salus Integrative, where she blends the science of modern medicine with the art of healing. She is certified in Anti-Aging, Regenerative, and Functional Medicine through A4M and has over a decade of experience in both conventional and integrative healthcare.

Tiffany’s clinical background includes years in oncology and palliative care-supporting patients through some of life’s most vulnerable moments. She also served as a hospice nurse, where her compassionate presence helped guide countless individuals and families through end-of-life transitions.

Today, her focus is rooted in root-cause medicine and whole-person wellness. Tiffany specializes in hormone optimization, gut health, chronic fatigue, and preventive medicine. She is currently advancing her training in the Metabolic Approach to Cancer and plans to offer expanded integrative oncology support using this evidence-informed model.

At Salus, she and her team provide comprehensive evaluations including advanced lab work, genetic and gut health testing, and customized treatment plans featuring bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, medical weight management, and IV nutrient support.

Tiffany’s care philosophy is simple: listen deeply, treat the whole person, and empower each individual to thrive.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find her hiking, practicing yoga, or enjoying time with her family-always staying grounded in the lifestyle she encourages for her patients.

Lillian is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through both the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurses Credentialing Center, with nearly 15 years of experience in healthcare spanning hospital medicine, intravenous therapy, regenerative medicine, and functional and anti-aging care.

Born and raised in the Los Angeles area, Lillian now resides in Franklin, Tennessee with her husband and three children. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University and brings a strong foundation in acute and neurological care from years on telemetry and stroke units at major medical centers, including Providence Little Company of Mary and White Memorial Medical Center.

Lillian’s clinical career evolved into integrative and regenerative medicine, where she discovered her passion for addressing root causes of illness and helping patients reduce reliance on conventional medications when appropriate. She has served as a Nurse Practitioner in leading anti-aging and regenerative clinics, providing care in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, peptides, functional medicine, intravenous micronutrient therapy, exosome and stem-cell-based therapies, microneedling, and advanced sterile procedures.

Lillian is certified in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy through the BHRT Training Academy, IV certified through the SSRP Institute, and is currently completing a Longevity Fellowship through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. Her professional focus centers on longevity, anti-aging, hormone optimization, regenerative therapies, and metabolic and functional medicine.

Her approach blends evidence-based medicine with integrative strategies to empower patients to understand their bodies, restore balance, and activate their own healing capacity. Lillian finds deep fulfillment in witnessing not only physical transformations, but also the mental clarity, confidence, and renewed vitality her patients experience as they move toward optimal health.
